Epique's commission structure is designed to help agents keep more of their money while ensuring they are able to get world-class and industry-leading benefits.

 

 

We have NO Franchise Fees, NO Annual Fees, NO Desk Fees, and NO Hidden Fees.

 

 

Family/Domestic Teams: Family Teams consist of 2 agents, only. The agents share a single Commission Cap of $15,000 while working toward mutual success. This team structure often consist of spouses but can also consist of 2 siblings, a parent and a child, etc. Family Team Members further benefit by having a lower monthly fee of $99 each ($198 total) while keeping separate individual benefits like Healthcare and Transaction Coordinator.
 
 
Traditional Teams: Traditional Teams consist of 2 or more agents. Traditional Team Members are enjoy a reduced monthly fee ($99) and a reduced Commission Cap of $10,000. Team Members may participate in our Power Award program despite with their reduced cap which allows them to earn up to $10,000 in Company Stock at the end of their anniversary year.
 
 
Power Teams: Power Teams are high-production teams of 2 or more agents that close at least $40 Million in volume or 140 transactions annually and continue to maintain these production benchmarks annually. Power Team Members enjoy a reduced monthly fee ($99) and a reduced Commission Cap of $5,000. As with all Epique Agents, they have the opportunity to earn Power Award status, allowing them to earn up to $5,000 in Company Stock at the end of their anniversary year. 
 
 
Unofficial Teams: Unofficial Teams are teams of 2 or more agents that have no other structure or production requirements. This structure is for Teams that would like to brand and market as a Team. Team names and marketing must be approved by the state broker team and marketing team before use, ensuring state and company guideline compliance. This structure does not grant lower monthly fees or Commission Caps to its Team Members but the agents do have the opportunity to earn Power Award status allowing them to earn up to $15,000 in Company Stock at the end of their anniversary year.
